ALMOST CERTAINLY COPYRIGHT GAMES WORKSHOP/FORGE WORLD.
I took a Mechanicus (WH40k) seal from somewhere on Forge World's website, then used Inkscape's trace bitmap on it, set to 50 passes in color. the .svg file is 4.8 MB, and it handled slowly on my fairly powerful computer. if anyone wants the .svg for some reason just ask.
